(RTTNews) - Stocks showed a strong upward move over the course of the trading session on Monday, with the major averages all moving firmly into positive territory after seeing some volatility earlier in the session.

WORLD stocks mainly fell today, reversing earlier gains, as Wall Street sentiment was dampened by mixed corporate news and a warning that the world's biggest economy was already facing recession.
